Please see the First Note below under Saturday's game schedule. Game #54 St.Charles v. St.John should be a 9am start time. Game #55 St.Mike-White(6) v. St.Mary-Red(6) should be an 11am start time. Both were erroneously listed as 6pm games in the Master Schedule. The errors have been corrected and the game times for all remaining games were checked to make sure there were no other errors. B Baseball teams scheduled to play at St.Charles THIS SATURDAY, please confirm the information below.

Saturday, May 10, 2008:

First Note-- the Master Schedule had INCORRECT TIMES OF 6:00pm for the B Baseball Games Nos. 54 & 55. Game #54 St.Charles v. St.John should be a 9:00am game at St.Charles. Game #55 St.Mike-White(6) v. St.Mary-Red(6) should be an 11:00am game at St.Charles. The Master Schedule has been corrected with the new correct times. They are also correct below. Please accept our apology for the confusion.

Second Note-- the A-Baseball games at St.Charles had wrong times when first listed here on the front page. They have been corrected below. The A-Baseball games should be at 2pm & 4pm, as reflected correctly in the Master Schedule.

Please E-Mail your score to the Website within 24 hours of your game's completion. Do NOT use the "Report Score" function- it is inoperable. Simply E-Mail your Sport, Division and Teams with their score by using the "Contact Us" button. Upon receipt, they will be posted in the schedule and the standings will automatically update.

*****POST-SEASON*****

Schedule-- The Post-Season will involve ONLY THE TOP FOUR TEAMS in each Division. Semifinals will involve the #1 & #4 Seeds and the #2 & #3 Seeds. We are going to attempt to conduct our Post-Season during the week between the end of the Regular Season on May 18th and the start of Memorial Day weekend on Saturday May 24th. A proposed schedule will be released during the season. We are going to try to avoid the Memorial Day Weekend all together for various conflicts and to afford everyone an uninterupted start to the summer. Keep Monday, May 19th through Friday, May23rd free of conflicts. (The League is aware of a Wednesday conflict for St.Pat's B teams and a Thursday conflict for all St.Mike's teams-- we will avoid those conflicts when setting up the Post-Season).

Final Four Determination-- The top four in each Division will be determined by the following process: (1) By League Record, using the point system set forth in the Rules (Baseball, Rule III-F "League Standings"; Softball, Rule III-F "League Standings"); if there's a tie in the League Standings for a top four seeding, then by the Tie Breaker, using head-to-head, then victory margin, then coin flip/card draw as set forth therein (Baseball, Rule IV-B "Tied Breaker"; Softball, Rule IV-B "Tie Breaker"). We will use the Tie Breaker for A AND B DIVISIONS, even though it says "(7th/8th Grade Only)." That language comes from the Detroit CYO, which has post-season games for A Divisions only. Since we have post-seasons currently for both A & B Divisions, we will use the Tie Breaker for both in determining post season qualification & seeding. This "glitch" in our rules will be corrected in the next version to account for our playing post-season games in all divisions.

*****WEATHER ISSUES*****

We will attempt to "call" games due to weather as soon as possible and post cancellations on the website Front Page. ALWAYS check the website before heading out to the fields to make sure your game has not already been postponed because of current weather or field conditions.
